Contract Management Expertise

We seek a seasoned legal professional with expertise in contract management, international arbitration, and operational risk mitigation within the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage international arbitration proceedings, ensuring alignment with global legal standards and corporate interests.

Contract Lifecycle Management:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate high-value commercial contracts.
  • Vet contracts from a legal and risk perspective, ensuring compliance and enforceability.

Claims & Risk Mitigation:

  • Review and manage legal claims, including potential liabilities and cost reduction strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Negotiate with clients, vendors, and third parties on contractual matters.

Litigation & Dispute Resolution:

  • Oversee litigation matters, coordinate with external counsel, and represent the company in legal forums.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized institution.
  • 12–15 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a large, listed manufacturing company.
  • Strong understanding of international arbitration, commercial law, and maritime claims.
