Your Role

\

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our gas service product development efforts. As Chief Gas Service Product Development Strategist, you will be responsible for implementing the Competency Hub responsibilities supporting Gas Services according to local India country policy.

\

You will head a multi-layered engineering organization with 500+ employees, leading, motivating, and developing management, professional, and operational staff to achieve challenging targets. You will execute governance within the assigned part of the organization, collaborating locally and globally as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

\

To succeed in this role, you will need a Master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, comprehensive professional know-how and experience in Engineering / R&D, preferably in Energy related product design and development, coupled with a sound theoretical foundation.

\

Seasoned leadership and management abilities with international exposure are essential, as well as a willingness to challenge the status quo in an open and trustful manner to continuously improve.
