Microbiologist Specialist

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for ensuring aseptic conditions in controlled environments. This includes conducting environmental monitoring of air, surfaces, and personnel to maintain the highest standards of quality.

• You will perform microbial limit tests, BET, sterility testing, and other laboratory analyses to ensure product excellence.
• Support cleaning validation by performing swab/rinse microbiological analysis and conducting validation studies.
• Participate in qualification of controlled areas, equipment, and utilities, and develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), protocols, and reports.
• Maintain accurate microbiological records as per Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and data integrity requirements, and support regulatory inspections and customer audits.
• Conduct out-of-specification (OOS) or out-of-trend (OOT) investigations related to microbial results, and perform root cause analysis and propose corrective actions.

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related Life science discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
