Job Overview:
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Expert to join their team. As a key member of the contracts management department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of real estate transactions.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with in-depth knowledge of conveyancing, contracts management, and contract drafting. The ideal candidate will have experience handling real estate contracts and possess strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients and colleagues on conveyancing and contracts management.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and managing client expectations throughout the contracts management process.
- Develop and implement effective training programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily, monthly reports, and trackers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (Graduate in Law).
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in conveyancing, contracts management, and contract drafting.
- Hands-on experience with various tools such as SAP, Salesforce, Docusign, and Adobe Sign.
- Expertise in MS Office - Excel and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience in drafting vendor and customer-facing contracts.
Salary: ₹2,500,000 per annum (approximately $35,000 USD). This estimate is based on industry standards for similar roles in Chennai, India.
