Job Title: Data Engineer

Lamipak is seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain the data infrastructure supporting our Al platforms. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for creating robust data pipelines, ensuring the seamless flow of structured and unstructured data between backend systems and Al models, and optimizing data storage for scalability and performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for Al applications and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure data availability and integration across platforms.
  • Implement ETL processes and data models for clean and accessible data.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize database and data warehouse performance.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards.
  • Integrate data from various sources into a unified architecture.
  • Support machine learning model development with appropriate data processing.
  • Review and upgrade data infrastructure to align with industry best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with proven success in building and maintaining data pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud data services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Talend).
  • Experience in database management and optimization (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redshift, Snowflake).
  • Familiarity with machine learning workflows and supporting Al platforms.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security practices, and privacy compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional, agile teams.
