We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team and provide high-quality support services to students.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our team to create safe spaces for young people to open up, share their concerns, and receive empathetic listening and guidance.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overnight mental health support on a rotational basis from 10 PM – 6 AM.
- Conduct in-person counseling sessions with students in their hostels.
- Facilitate walk-in sessions and manage student appointments through the online portal.
- Collaborate with the team to run awareness drives, workshops, and well-being campaigns across campus.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology.
- Experience (or strong interest) in working with youth/academic mental health.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with students in an empathetic way.
- Comfortable with flexible working hours, including night shifts.
