Process Instrumentation Service Specialist

Job Summary:

This role involves delivering exceptional service to customers in the region, ensuring their process instrumentation products are functioning optimally. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong background in electronics and instrumentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive service solutions for Siemens Process Instrumentation products in the region.
  • Develop and execute effective strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with service partners to ensure seamless delivery of services and maximize customer benefits.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in servicing process instrumentation products.
  • Excellent knowledge of customer base in the region and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other relevant software applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Siemens Process Instrumentation products.
