We are looking for experienced software engineers - UX designers who excel in designing web/mobile applications to join our growing team worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing responsive user interfaces for internal banking websites, native mobile banking applications, financial mobile & tablet apps, and web applications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
• Participating in the development process from definition to release and maintenance.
• Breaking down complex design problems into actionable chunks and solving them with precision.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest standards, changes, and trends in mobile design.
• Creating graphic design assets such as website banners, event booth backwall designs, marketing brochures, and corporate branding materials.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science
• Banking experience is desirable
• Experience in designing web/mobile applications
• Strong background in User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum environments
• In-depth understanding of Apple's human interface design guidelines, Android design, and other mobile platform designs
• Expert-level skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, and other relevant design tools
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS
• Strong graphic design skills for creating marketing and branding collateral
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
