DemandFarm is a US-based specialized B2B product company that builds tools for Key Account Management. With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a talented Integration Developer to join our Implementation Engineering team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Integration Developer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain integrations of various complex customer systems with DemandFarm applications. As an Integration Developer, you will be involved in client discussions to understand their systems, integration possibilities, and be a pivotal part of the team that develops the end-to-end integration solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integrations of various complex customer systems with DemandFarm applications.
  • Involved in client discussions to understand their systems, integration possibilities, and develop end-to-end integration solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
  • Develop and maintain complex ETL-type integration scripts, programs, and systems using REST APIs, Message Queues, Middleware, and specific ETL Tools.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues effectively.

Requirements:

  • Rich experience of writing complex ETL-type integration scripts, programs, and systems using REST APIs, Message Queues, Middleware, and specific ETL Tools.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in large projects integrating large systems, preferably CRMs with other systems.
  • Experience with integrating with CRMs such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics CRM, Hubspot, etc.
  • Experience integrating with financial systems and ERPs would be a bonus.
  • Strong focus on ETL process using REST APIs, Webhooks, Message Queues, Middleware, and specific ETL Tools.
  • Proven experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js with a solid understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
  • Solid experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing complex SQL queries, optimizing queries, and running analytical reports.
  • Experience working with ORMs like Sequelize or TypeORM and their usage in building and managing database schemas.
  • Experience working with React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build UI screens for monitoring or custom widgets in applications.
  • Experience with iPaas Systems (Zapier, Make, Tray.io, Workato etc) and ETL Tools such Talend, Pentaho, Airflow etc is a plus.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues effectively.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written business communication skills to express ideas, recommendations, and solutions to customers and internal teams.
  • Team player and collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and solving challenges.
