Job Overview

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced healthcare professional to join our team as a Medical Doctor. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and consultation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing consultation services for seasonal conditions such as cough and cold, gastrointestinal illnesses, and other outpatient medical problems.
  • Dispensing over-the-counter medications and prescription medications as needed.
  • Conducting annual health check-ups and reviewing reports as requested by employees.
  • Providing first aid and referring employees to nearby hospital facilities or specialists when necessary.
  • Consulting on chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and thyroid problems.
  • Maintaining accurate employee health records and ensuring confidentiality.
  • Collaborating with nurses to develop treatment plans and provide health education.

Requirements:

  • MD/MBBS degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure to practice medicine in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
