This 2-year project requires collaboration with the ACER India team and CBSE stakeholders. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to analyze assessment data, develop data visualization tools, and implement analytics frameworks for competency-based assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights related to student learning outcomes and teacher performance.
- Design and manage data visualization tools to present findings in an effective manner.
- Utilize advanced data analytics tools, such as Python, SQL, and IRT PRO, to perform statistical analyses and psychometric evaluations.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of data used for reporting and decision-making.
- Support the design and implementation of analytics frameworks for competency-based assessments.
- Collaborate with team members to integrate data-driven insights into assessment frameworks and teacher capacity-building strategies.
- Develop systems to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational interventions and reforms.
- Align analytics with educational policy goals and provide inputs for digital platform development.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing analytical findings for stakeholders and decision-makers.
Requirements
- Post-Graduate or equivalent in Management or Computer Science/IT.
- Degree/Diploma in Data Analytics/data visualization & related areas.
- 8+ years of experience working on government projects in data analytics.
- Good understanding of various analytical tools and applications.
- Proven experience in using data for educational policy analysis and decision making.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and IRT PRO.
What We Offer
A competitive salary range of ₹30,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
