  • We are seeking an experienced International Marketing Manager to lead our global marketing efforts. This is a key role that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To identify and leverage opportunities for strategic alliances with Healthcare Facilitators (HCFs) and Medical Tourism agencies;
  • Conduct market surveys to identify new entrants, competitor activities, and brand recall of the organization;
  • Analyze market information and identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the organization;
  • Identify areas or specialties that require focus through workshops, CME programs, clinics, etc.
  • Prepare business plans and marketing budgets for execution;
  • Critically review performance in terms of market share, number of CME & other programs conducted, increase in referral doctors, healthcare facilitators, and corporate activities.

People Management:

  • Hire Business Development representatives and set performance objectives for team members;
  • Mentor and guide Marketing Team members to achieve their goals and improve performance.

Customer Engagement:

  • Attend industry functions such as association's events and conferences to gather feedback and market intelligence;
  • BUILD relationship with key Healthcare Facilitators and generate sustainable business from them;
  • Collect information about existing doctors in the territory and build rapport for direct patient referrals.

Operations:

  • Create new leads and aggressively grow and retain market share;
  • Develop initiatives to build Rainbow brand overseas;
  • Collaborate with technical staff and internal colleagues to meet Consultant needs and expectations;
  • Coordinate and monitor seminars and wellness programs to drive conversions such as press ads, doctor programs, leaflets distribution, and local radio advertising.
