Job Title: Microsoft 365 Enterprise Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Enterprise Specialist to lead and drive complex M365 initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in tenant-to-tenant migrations, data governance, and endpoint security, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end M365 tenant-to-tenant migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption and high-quality delivery.
  • Architect, configure, and manage data governance solutions for compliance and information protection.
  • Oversee and implement device management, application deployment, and endpoint security solutions.
  • Manage and optimize Exchange Online environments, including migrations, hybrid setups, and mail flow troubleshooting.
  • Administer and secure identity lifecycle, conditional access, and role-based access control solutions.
  • Serve as a technical lead and mentor to the team, providing guidance, training, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions aligned with organizational needs, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Microsoft 365 services for performance, reliability, and security.
  • Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies and proactively introduce improvements to the environment.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years focused on Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise in:
    • Tenant-to-tenant migrations (including mail, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and security/compliance configurations).
    • Data governance (data classification, DLP, compliance policies).
    • Device management (MDM/MAM, compliance policies, conditional access).
    • Exchange Online (administration, migration, hybrid environments).
    • Identity management (identity lifecycle, security, conditional access).
  • Strong understanding of security, governance, and compliance frameworks within Microsoft 365.
  • Proven experience leading a team or serving as a technical lead on large-scale projects.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, SC-400, MD-102, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with PowerShell automation for Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Familiarity with Defender for Office 365 / Microsoft Security stack.
  • Background in enterprise-level cloud strategy and architecture.
