Job Overview:

This role involves creating and executing comprehensive test scenarios to prevent defect leakage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and automate complex functional and regression test cases to ensure thorough coverage.
  • Accountable for high-complexity initiatives with multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Review and provide feedback on technical designs, requirements, and specifications.
  • Responsible for test planning, including test plans, data requirements, scenarios, and results reporting.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing with strong understanding of defect workflow and Agile methodology.
  • Identify and document defects and customer experience concerns.
  • Manage test artifacts and approval processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of software industry experience in Quality Assurance, including test planning, tracking defects, and reporting status.
  • Experience testing omnichannel natural language processing solutions, conversational AI, and cognitive technologies.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript programming languages.
  • Knowledge and experience testing software applications within the healthcare industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with text-to-speech and speech-to-text technologies.
  • Experience working in SAFe and Agile environments.
  • Understanding of project and test management tools like Rally.
  • Writing and executing IVR test cases experience is an asset.
