Chief Cyber Education Officer position at a Cyber Security Centre of Excellence (CSCoE) involves leading the development and execution of cybersecurity training programs. This role oversees curriculum development, training delivery, and ensuring quality and effectiveness of all cybersecurity education initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing curriculum development
  • Managing training delivery
  • Ensuring quality and effectiveness of all cybersecurity education initiatives

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, with experience in working or managing a cyber security-related Cyber security training program. They will also have good technical knowledge of cybersecurity domains and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A deep understanding of BFSI sectoral cybersecurity & risks is essential for this role. The ability to identify and solve complex problems related to cybersecurity training and education is also required.

In addition, the candidate should have experience in setting up or working in a CoE (Centre of Excellence), public private partnership models, and be able to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.

Communication Skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role, as the candidate will need to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
