Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our finance team as an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial planning and analysis, and compliance.

The role will involve supporting the preparation of financial statements, managing day-to-day accounting operations, and ensuring accurate recording of revenues and expenses.

In addition, the successful candidate will assist in preparing management reports, dashboards, and KPIs, and provide insights on financial performance for business decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Accounting & Reporting:
    • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries.
    • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Ensure accurate recording of revenues, expenses, and international transactions.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
    • Support budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
    • Assist in preparing management reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
    • Provide insights on financial performance for business decisions.
  • Compliance & Taxation:
    • Ensure compliance with tax laws and assist with filing requirements.
    • Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments.
    • Coordinate with consultants on international compliance, forex transactions, and cross-border taxation.
  • Cash Flow & Treasury Management:
    • Assist in monitoring cash flows, working capital, and fund requirements.
    • Handle vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and treasury activities.
    • Ensure timely settlement of domestic and international transactions.
  • Process Improvement & Systems:
    • Contribute to automation of financial processes and system improvements.
    • Maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, supply chain) to streamline financial processes.
