Job Title: Process Policy Manager

Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring Compliance of various liabilities & payment products as per regulators. They will work on process & policy framework for products including Savings Account, Fixed Deposits, Debit Cards & Payment Products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Implementation and adherence of all compliance related items and assist in external and internal audits
  • Responsible for strengthening systems, control and Processes for robust internal and external compliance
  • Liaison with different departments to ensure all RBI related circulars are strictly adhered to
  • Good understanding of RBI Processes & Policies, Audit Parameters, AML Guidelines, Fraud Management
  • Responsible for all regulatory reporting related to policies and processes including reporting to RBI / AML / CPU Teams
  • Determine impact of introducing new or revised policies for Branches / Customers / Products
  • Serve as a focal point to ensure continuity, proper integration and implementation of new or revised policies and processes
  • Build synergies and efficiencies by way of customer centric processes
  • Interact and co-ordinate with multiple product teams and businessfunctions for effective and efficient delivery within specified timelines
  • Draft and review process guidelines for Product Teams; Act as a mediator for answering questions related to policies & processes
  • Identify duplicate, redundant and unproductive tasks in processes with an aim to reduce costs and improve productivity of the front line staff
  • Ensure Processes and policies are aligned to internal and external guidelines

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

Education: Preferable MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 college

Work Experience: Prior experience in setting up policies & processes for Liabilities Products will be an added advantage
