Freight Forwarding Product Manager

We are seeking a skilled Product Development Lead to oversee the development of our software solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product vision and strategy.
- Utilize domain expertise in freight forwarding to inform product decisions.
- Analyze business outcomes and identify areas for process enhancements.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
- Proven knowledge of freight forwarding workflows, including booking, shipment tracking, and invoicing.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with experience in Agile methodologies.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Domain expertise in freight forwarding domain.
- Functional expertise on key freight functions, including customs compliance and freight invoicing & costing.
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as JIRA and Confluence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
