Role: SharePoint and PowerApps Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop applications using SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project needs and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure coding standards and best practices are followed.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives, to drive project success.
  • Develop and maintain features, user stories, and tasks in the Agile board to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including architects, project managers, and customers, to ensure project goals are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate development.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum framework.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Location: PAN India
