Job Summary:

The Diligence Specialist will be responsible for conducting thorough financial due diligence on companies, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and providing recommendations to clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth.
