The role of a Cloud WiFi Solution Quality Assurance Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the excellence and reliability of our cloud-based WiFi solutions. As a key team member, you will play a crucial part in guaranteeing the quality and performance of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead testing efforts on cloud infrastructure that supports Wi-Fi networks, ensuring scalability, performance, and resilience in different environments.
  • Design and execute performance, scalability, and load tests to ensure cloud services can handle heavy traffic and provide reliable WiFi services under various conditions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to conduct integration tests for cloud-based services that interface with hardware, ensuring seamless interactions between cloud APIs and Access Points.
  • Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test reports for all stages of the development lifecycle, ensuring traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
  • Own feature and core area of the product, serving as single point of contact and testing expert for your deliverables.
  • Track defects and issues using defect management systems, escalating them appropriately and resolving in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure high-quality product delivery.
  • Participate in escalations debugging and reproduce complex issues reported by customers.
  • Mentor junior team members and share best practices in testing and cloud-based WiFi solution validation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in E&TC/EE/CE/CS/IT or related field; Master s degree a plus.
  • 10 - 15 years of experience in testing & troubleshooting Cloud technologies, virtualization, Microservices, and debugging complex software.
