We empower better healthcare decisions by uncovering meaning from large-scale health data sets and delivering powerful, data-driven strategies.

  • Support the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products from development to market launch and post-market monitoring using advanced analytics to uncover key trends and opportunities.
  • Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Build and optimise automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
  • Develop and present interactive dashboards, visualisations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to translate analytical insights into scalable, productised solutions that align with our platform vision.
  • Collaborate with regional analytics teams, sharing best practices in predictive modelling, machine learning, and advanced SQL querying to ensure consistent quality and innovation.
  • Mentor junior team members, promoting analytical excellence and knowledge sharing.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.

They will be proficient in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualisation tools like Power BI and Excel VBA/Macros.

A strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from providers such as IQVIA, OPTUM, and KOMODO is essential.

The successful candidate will also possess experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.

They will be skilled in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentations.

A degree in a quantitative discipline like Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Health Economics is required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations.
