About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Appian Developer to contribute to our innovative team at Spectrum AV Technology Consultants. As an Appian Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing business applications leveraging the Appian platform. Your expertise will help optimize workflows, enhance user experiences, and drive digital transformation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop applications using the Appian platform according to project requirements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine application requirements.
  • Implement workflow automation solutions to streamline business processes.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Integrate Appian applications with third-party systems and data sources.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Appian applications and environments.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure application reliability.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed applications.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Appian and Level 2 certification is a must.
  • Should have worked on one or more end-to-end Appian BPM implementations.
  • Experience in Appian implementation knowing all aspects of Appian product and application methodology.
  • Experience with Appian SAIL, Process Modeler, Rules, Expressions, Documents, Knowledge Center, Data Management through Complex Data Types XSDs and SQL queries, Custom plugin development.
  • Good understanding of Appian Objects such as Records, Sites, Actions, Expression Rules, Constants, Query Rules, SAIL Interfaces, CDTs, Process Models, Constants, Decisions, Integrations (Web API, Connected Systems etc), Data Stores, Groups, etc.
  • Experience with Agile software development practices.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Appian Level 2 Certification is a must to have.
