UI/UX Designer Job Description

As a UI/UX designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Ensure that designs are visually appealing, yet functional and easy to use
  • Rapidly test and iterate designs based on user feedback
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
  • Develop style guides, design systems, and design patterns to ensure consistency across applications
  • Present and defend design decisions with solid reasoning

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in creating UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
  • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma or Adobe XD
  • Basic understanding of web development principles
  • A strong portfolio of related projects and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
  • Solid knowledge of design theory, especially principles of logo, graphic/UI design, and usability
