Job Title

A Japanese language specialist is required to provide administrative support for the accounting function.

  • Typing, filing, verifying records, data entry, generation invoices and purchase orders, opening mail, simple data entry, basic journal entries, balancing A/R or A/P records, process expense reports and other administrative tasks.
  • Researches and responds to internal or external inquiries; works closely with finance staff.
  • Audits expenses and payment requests against corporate policies. Assigned special projects as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of Japanese language and culture, excellent communication skills, and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
