Operations Manager

This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational and leadership skills to manage the day-to-day operations of our facilities.

  • We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of our operations to ensure they align with our business goals and objectives.

About the Job:

  • Manages manpower planning & shift rostering as per load projections and productivity targets.
  • Ensures compliance to SOPs, facility 5S and overall upkeep of the facilities.
  • Monitors vehicle connections, availability, and ensures timely unloading/loading of vehicles (metrics).
  • Plans ad-hoc vehicle requirements based on load profile and coordinates with fleet.
  • Maintains service levels and ensures performance metrics.
  • Facilitates communication and coordination with different teams (such as commercial, security, fleet, last mile).
  • Doubles as key performance indicator driver in their respective functions (inbound operations, outbound operations, floor operations, quality metrics, first mile metrics).
  • Responsible for HR/Employee related KRA's – Diversity Hiring, Maintaining Employee Morale, Employee safety on the floor
  • Mentors and works towards capability building of team members
  • Continuously explores process improvement opportunities and drives them to closure
  • Implements industry best practices of shop floor management - Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma etc.

Requirements:

  • Education Requirement: BTech from Tier 1 college would be preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years post graduation

Note: Females are preferred for this role.
