Key Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the delivery of our project with technical expertise. The ideal candidate will contribute to the project by resolving blockers and offering innovative solutions.

Operational Management:
  1. Connect with stakeholders to understand business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with the development team to meet delivery timelines.
  3. Provide solutions to technical challenges faced by team members.
  4. Coordinate with Technical Lead, Testing team, and other relevant teams to resolve issues.
  5. Maintain code quality and reusability according to industry standards.
  6. Implement process improvements to ensure bug-free products.
  7. Promote a culture of continuous learning and technology updates.
  8. Provide support to the development and production environments.
  9. Participate in database upgrades and migration planning.
  10. Raise change controls and defects as necessary.
People Leadership:

The successful candidate will contribute to the project team's delivery by providing support and expertise.

Governance & Risk:
  1. Follow project and operational frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  2. Comply with documented Information Security policies and principles.
  3. Ensure all data migration activities adhere to established audit requirements.
Experience & Skills:
  • 6-8 years of experience in data migration and database development.
  • Expertise in using ETL tools like SSIS, Informatica.
  • Development experience with Oracle and MS SQL database objects.
  • Working knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI, Qlik, SSRS, Alteryx, WebFocus, Xceptor, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and respond to user requirements.
  • Project and time management skills.
  • Broad knowledge of or exposure to Superannuation Administration, Share Registry, or Financial Services.
