**Key Responsibilities:**

  • We are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to lead our financial services team. Key responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing portfolio liquidity, understanding financing structures and dynamics to identify causes for change in liquidity.
  • This role will implement margin/financing strategies, track counterparty exposure, and manage internal views of margin.
  • The ideal candidate will onboard new clients, gathering requirements, and showcasing capabilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills are required, proactively identifying needs, articulating offering scope, escalating issues, and driving change.
  • This role requires a collaborative approach, enhancing knowledge on client platforms and industries, performing data gathering, gap analysis, mapping, transformation, loading, and reconciliation activities.
  • Working closely with technology teams on special projects, report development, and product implementation is essential.
  • Oversight of Treasury and Cash Management operations, ensuring optimal liquidity and funding strategies.
  • Effective management of collateral and liquidity positions to support trading and risk management activities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of Treasury experience with domain/finance knowledge.
  • Expertise in collateral management, financing agreements, and margin methodologies.
  • Experience in securities lending and borrowing, as well as portfolio financing optimization.
  • Familiarity with data sources (Reuters, Bloomberg, Markit) for Treasury attributes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
  • Knowledge of margin calls and security lending.
  • Understanding of Treasury/Cash Management and Collateral/Liquidity Management principles.
  • Project handling and process improvement track record.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and take on operational tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
  • VBA macros/Python experience a plus.
