Backend Developer Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable applications and a passion for programming with Python.

This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications using Python. Responsibilities include writing reusable, testable, and efficient code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying bottlenecks and bugs, and devising solutions to mitigate and address these issues.

A successful candidate should be able to participate in code reviews, maintain high coding standards, implement security and data protection measures, and assist in the integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience with distributed task queues and high-performance systems, as well as a strong track record in data migration projects.

  • Programming: Python 3.11+, FastAPI, Celery, Pandas, SQLAlchemy
  • Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, schema migration, performance optimization
  • ETL & Processing: Data mapping, batch/real-time pipelines, transformation utilities

Bonus points for proficiency in implementing data validation, incremental sync, and error recovery mechanisms, as well as configuring monitoring, alerting, and secure API access.

Experience Required

The ideal candidate should have at least 4–5 years backend development experience with a strong focus on data migration projects.
