Customer Success Associate Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Engaging with customers proactively to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Addressing customer queries and resolving issues efficiently with a focus on retention and growth.
  • Leveraging sales acumen to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: A graduate degree in any field.
  • Languages: English and Hindi (mandatory).
  • Additional proficiency in multiple languages will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi with no errors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Preferred: Experience in Insurance and/or customer-facing sales roles.

Employment Details:

  • Shift: Rotational Shifts (Female employees – day shifts; Male employees – full rotational shifts).
  • Working Days: 6 days a week.

Job Requirements:

To succeed as a Customer Success Associate, you should be proficient in English and Hindi, have a graduate degree in any field, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a customer-centric approach. Additional language proficiency is an added advantage, and experience in insurance and/or customer-facing sales roles is preferred.
