Lead Interior Design Professional

We are seeking a seasoned interior design leader to drive our creative vision and oversee the development of high-quality interior solutions.

  • Drive design teams to create innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces.
  • Manage end-to-end design process – from concept development, 2D/3D layouts, mood boards, to final execution.
  • Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Communicate design intent clearly to clients and lead client presentations.
  • Stay updated with latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
  • Mentor junior designers to foster a strong design culture within the organization.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in interior design, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop (or similar design tools).
  • A portfolio showcasing executed residential and/or commercial interior projects.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
