As a Compliance Specialist, you will ensure adherence to taxation regulations, focusing on GST, TDS, and ITR compliance.

  • GST Compliance:
  • Oversee GST registration, filing returns, and timely payments.
  • Stay updated on GST laws and implement necessary updates.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and audits to identify potential compliance issues.
  • Provide guidance and training on GST compliance matters.
  • TDS Compliance:
  • Manage Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) processes, including deduction, deposit, and filing of TDS returns.
  • Monitor TDS rates, deductions, and exemptions as per the Income Tax Act.
  • Coordinate with departments to obtain necessary TDS certificates and documentation.
  • Prepare and submit TDS-related reports to regulatory authorities.
  • ITR Compliance:
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of Income Tax Returns (ITRs).
  • Verify completeness and accuracy of financial data for ITR preparation.
  • Collaborate with tax consultants or legal advisors to address complex tax issues.
  • Respond to inquiries and assessments from tax authorities.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Accountant (CA) Inter or Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.com/M.com) with relevant firm experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant tax laws and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
