Product Manager-Loan Against Property Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to oversee and enhance our Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS).


  • MIS Reporting & Analysis

Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and MIS reports for business tracking and decision-making. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data across lending systems.


  • System Configuration & Data Governance

Handle and maintain system masters related to LOS & LMS (products, parameters, policies, hierarchies, user roles, etc.). Coordinate with IT/Tech teams for configuration changes and ensure data integrity.


  • UAT & Product Enhancements

Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades, new features, and bug fixes. Document test cases, track defects, and ensure timely resolution. Act as the bridge between business requirements and technology teams.


  • Process Optimization

Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement within LOS & LMS. Suggest and implement enhancements to improve user experience, compliance, and operational efficiency.
