Industrial Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled architect to lead the integration of IBM Maximo with our iMaintenance SaaS platform.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in industrial software solutions, hands-on experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), and strong architectural design skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of IBM Maximo integrations with our SaaS products.
  • Define integration patterns and frameworks leveraging REST APIs, SOAP services, and middleware where required.
  • Collaborate with our Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance integration solutions.
  • Map business processes and data models to iMaintenance workflows (Work Orders, Assets, Inventory, Procurement, etc.).
  • Establish API governance, authentication mechanisms, and data synchronization strategies.
  • Guide the development and QA teams on best practices for Maximo API utilization and error handling.
  • Conduct technical workshops with customers and internal teams to validate requirements and deliver technical design documents.
  • Provide performance optimization, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for Maximo integrations.
  • Stay updated on IBM Maximo roadmaps, API capabilities, and related technologies (IoT, AI/ML for predictive maintenance).
