Lead Front-end Developer

We're looking for a skilled lead front-end developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you'll be responsible for leading the design and implementation of our front-end applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement front-end solutions.
  • Lead the development of high-quality, reusable code that meets accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Implement and advocate for accessibility best practices in all software deliverables.
  • Participate in design reviews to ensure implementations are consistent with design specifications and user expectations.
  • Facilitate and refine our CI/CD processes to improve deployment efficiency and reliability.
  • Proactively monitor and address issues related to the usability, performance, and scalability of front-end applications.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of design principles, web standards, and best practices for creating interactive and responsive application front-ends.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices to ensure compliance and functionality across all user interfaces.
  • Proficiency in using version control systems like Git, and familiarity with continuous integration and deployment environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality, reusable code.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and explaining technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A passion for continuous learning and innovation in web technologies and design practices.
