Job OverviewThis is a remote opportunity that offers a competitive salary and performance-based incentives. As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be the face of our company for clients, managing paid ad campaigns and achieving client return on ad spend (ROAS).
Your key responsibilities will include planning, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across multiple channels, taking full ownership of client accounts, and communicating directly with clients to ensure timely reports and insights.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other channels.
- Take full ownership of client accounts, focusing on ROAS, growth, and retention.
- Communicate directly with clients, ensuring timely reports, insights, and strategic guidance.
- Collaborate with our creative and technical teams to align campaigns with client goals.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (Meta, Google required; Snapchat is a bonus).
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- A proven track record of delivering ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably.
- A high-ownership mindset and ability to guide clients strategically.
