
Digital Marketing Specialist

This is a high-impact role where you'll be responsible for strategy, execution, and optimisation — working closely with our creative strategists and designers to deliver campaigns that convert.
- Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube.
- Performance Analysis and Optimisation:
- Analyse campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, CVR) and optimise to achieve business KPIs.
- Collaborative Teamwork:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copy and creatives.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Build and test different audience segments and funnels.
- Track daily budgets, pacing, and adjust for maximum ROI.
- Stay updated on platform changes, new formats, and growth hacks.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or real estate campaigns is preferred.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Ability to analyse data and turn insights into action.
- Problem-Solving Skills:
- Good understanding of attribution, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
- Comfortable with A/B testing and iterating quickly.
- Communication Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
