Job Title

As a seasoned User Experience Designer, you will develop innovative and visually appealing interfaces that prioritize usability and accessibility across various platforms and devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design integrity throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement design standards to ensure consistent visual representation across all products.
  • Champion design consistency and establish and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides within Figma to ensure uniformity across projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a profound expertise in using Figma as the primary design tool.

Preferred Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing design systems and component libraries within Figma.

Cultivate a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of Figma design projects highlighting innovation, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential.
