Job Overview

Renesas aims to create a safer, healthier, greener, and smarter world. As a key member of our team, you will lead the design and development of power management ICs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop power management ICs, including voltage regulators and power converters.
  • Lead end-to-end IC design from specifications to PRA.
  • Mentor junior engineers and work collaboratively with other team members.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in developing multiple power ICs with switching converters.
  • Strong technical expertise in designing complete switching converters and IPs.
  • A thorough understanding of high current/power switching converters design challenges and mitigation strategies.
  • Proficiency in designing power devices, operations, and design trade-offs for better performance & reliability.
  • The ability to lead and guide the development of complex analog blocks, including charge pumps, LDOs, oscillators, and protection mechanisms.
