As a Process Expert at Maersk, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent achievement and maintenance of service quality and performance in alignment with established SLAs. This involves attention to detail and adept coordination with various stakeholders to uphold exemplary work quality. Meeting daily targets and adhering to SLAs is of paramount importance.

This role is part of the Transport Plan Management team (TPM), a dedicated group responsible for promptly updating transport plan changes for shipments across the globe. You will ensure timely updates to the system whenever requests are received from the relevant desks. This is an essential part of our commitment to delivering efficient and reliable shipping services to our stakeholders.

As a key member of the TPM team, you will adopt a collaborative approach with stakeholders, fulfilment leads, and customer service. You will need to be mindful of the big picture to make holistic decisions and coordinate with OCL SF for optimal routes that do not affect SD.

Ocean Operations Execution includes roles that manage and operate seagoing vessels (owned, chartered, VSA) used for transporting customer cargo/containers. Administrative stream includes those who primarily support others by performing skilled technical, administrative, or operational tasks. Jobs may range from highly supervised entry-level workers, technicians, and administrative staff to experienced individual contributors with robust technical or practical knowledge in specific areas, who have an ability to execute specialized work to support operations.

A colleague at this level works on tasks of limited scope and complexity, exercises independent judgment within defined boundaries and guidelines, and typically works under supervision. The colleague has skills developed through job-related training and on-the-job experience within a specific job discipline. Colleagues have knowledge of standardized work routines and methods, general facts, and information but may need to escalate non-routine problems to a more experienced colleague or supervisor.
