We are seeking a skilled Visual Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for crafting visually compelling digital experiences.This role involves creating engaging landing pages, designing marketing visuals, and producing short-form videos, animations, and motion graphics for product marketing and brand storytelling.The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in graphic, visual, or motion design, with advanced Figma skills and strong command of Adobe Creative Suite.A portfolio showcasing a mix of static design and motion/animation work is required. Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and animation principles is essential.Bonus points for experience designing for multi-channel performance campaigns, familiarity with 3D tools, and understanding of growth marketing principles.About the Role
  • Create visually appealing landing pages optimized for conversion, usability, and visual appeal.
  • Design and manage marketing visuals across formats including ads, social media creatives, email, presentations, and web graphics.
  • Produce short-form videos, animations, and motion graphics for product marketing and brand storytelling.
Requirements
  • Advanced Figma skills plus strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • A portfolio showcasing a mix of static design and motion/animation work.
  • Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and animation principles.
Nice to Have
  • Experience designing for multi-channel performance campaigns.
  • Familiarity with 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema4D).
  • Understanding of growth marketing principles and data-driven creative testing.
