Artificial Intelligence Model Developer

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a skilled Artificial Intelligence Model Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and developing predictive models for healthcare applications.

The successful applicant will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and deploying AI/ML models to improve patient outcomes and accessibility to healthcare services
  • Conducting original research on large proprietary and open source data sets
  • Identifying, researching, prototyping and building predictive models
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to drive vision for AI/ML platform
  • Measuring and optimizing the quality of algorithms

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Signal Processing, Data science, Biomedical Engineering, AI/ML
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in similar field/domain
  • Strong statistical knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills, intuition and experience applying machine learning models to real world data
  • At least one core programming expertise, such as Python (Tensorflow, Keras, Pytorch, Signal Processing packages etc.), R, Scala
  • Strong project management skills to execute multiple projects in parallel
  • Experience in deploying production ready ML code
  • Interpersonal skills: good verbal and written communication skills, cross-group and cross-culture collaboration
