Job Overview

The Relationship Manager role entails overseeing a portfolio of microfinance customers, ensuring timely collection and repayment of loans. The position also involves generating leads for retail asset products, such as LAP (Loan Against Property) and HL (Housing Loan). In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to organizational processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 100 microfinance members, ensuring timely repayment of loans
  • Generate leads for retail asset products
  • Ensure adherence to organizational processes and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Process compliance: Adhere to laid-down processes for repayment and relationship management with customers
  • Collect payments on time and follow up with customers as needed
  • Customer interaction: Locate and notify customers of upcoming repayments or other important events
  • Adhere to timelines on collections and maintain punctuality in center meetings
  • Interact with clients in a courteous manner and maintain a professional relationship
