Key Public Relations Role

We seek a seasoned and results-driven Public Relations Manager to spearhead communications and media strategy for high-profile fashion and lifestyle clients.

This critical role involves leading the development, execution, and measurement of impactful campaigns that elevate our clients' presence across editorial, influencer, and digital platforms.

  • Fashion Media Outreach & Thought Leadership: Build lasting relationships with key fashion editors, stylists, influencers, and journalists; craft compelling story pitches; secure prominent media placements.
  • PR Strategy: Design and lead strategic PR campaigns that align with each brand's unique aesthetic, positioning, and seasonal focus.
  • Event PR & Brand Showcases: Manage press previews, fashion events, pop-ups, and brand activations; ensure strong media attendance and post-event coverage.
  • Crisis Communication: Develop and execute timely and strategic messaging to address sensitive brand issues.
  • Content & Messaging: Craft compelling press releases, lookbooks, fashion bios, and seasonal trend pitches tailored for media consumption.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between clients, designers, influencers, stylists, and fashion journalists, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Executive Communications: Provide media training, key message development, and interview support to fashion founders and brand leaders.
  • Team Leadership: Guide a team of experienced fashion PR professionals, promoting creativity, strong execution, and industry insight.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Measure campaign effectiveness through media impressions, sentiment analysis, and ROI tracking.
  • Brand & Reputation Management: Position clients as industry trendsetters through strategic storytelling, collaborations, and brand alignment.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of public relations experience in the fashion sector, with a proven track record of success.
  • Established relationships with key fashion publications and media outlets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead PR efforts for high-profile fashion events and product launches.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for visual presentation.
  • Deep understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and brand building strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, juggle multiple brands and projects, and meet tight deadlines.
