We are seeking a skilled and creative 2D Artist to join our team. As an Intern - 2D Art, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced artists to create captivating visuals for our mobile games.

You will be involved in various aspects of the art creation process, from concept art to final assets, and will contribute to the overall visual style of our games.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of high-quality 2D art assets, including characters, environments, props, and UI elements.
  • Collaborate with the art team to develop and maintain the visual style and aesthetic of our games.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the visual experience of our games.
  • Work closely with game designers, animators, and developers to ensure that art assets are implemented correctly and meet technical requirements.
  • Assist in creating concept art and sketches to visualize ideas and iterate on designs.
  • Perform quality assurance on art assets, ensuring they meet our high standards and are consistent with the game's style.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques in 2D art and apply this knowledge to your work.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your 2D art skills, including character design, environment design, and UI elements.
  • Strong foundational skills in storytelling through pose and composition.
  • Proficient in digital inking and rendering techniques.
  • Basic understanding of concept art, including illustration and design.
  • Familiarity with Photoshop, Maya, and Max.
  • Passion for games and a willingness to grow within the industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
