Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality post-production work on photoshoot images.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and excellent understanding of retouching and image manipulation techniques.

About the Role

The Studio Artist is responsible for precise cropping, detailed retouching of faces, hair, skin, and expert correction and manipulation of clothing.

This role ensures images meet brand standards by enhancing product appearance and recreating mockups with accuracy and visual consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft high-quality post-production retouching on photoshoot images, including product, face, hair, skin, and clothing.
  • Carefully crop images to specified dimensions and compositions, ensuring precision and accuracy.
  • Expertly correct and manipulate clothes, adjusting fit, removing wrinkles, enhancing textures, and fixing color inconsistencies.
  • Retouch skin, smooth textures, and refine hair details to achieve flawless results.
  • Create and update mockups aligned with creative briefs and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with photographers, creative leads, and designers to ensure visual consistency and quality.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines with high-quality output.
  • Maintain an organized workflow and file management system.
  • Stay updated on the latest retouching and manipulation techniques and tools.

Requirements

- High attention to detail

- Excellent understanding of retouching and image manipulation techniques

- Strong collaboration and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently

- Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools
