Artificial Intelligence Solutions Developer

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML models, working with Large Language Models (LLMs), optimizing pipelines, and contributing to scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy AI/ML models using various frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Work on LLMs, Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, and predictive analytics projects.
  • Optimize ML pipelines for performance and scalability, ensuring efficient data processing and model deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, data engineers, and product managers to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML and suggest improvements for implementation.
  • Conduct experiments, validate results, and integrate solutions into production.
  • Troubleshoot, monitor, and improve deployed models to ensure high-quality outputs.

Required Skills:

  • 3–7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles with a strong track record of delivering AI-powered solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming language and familiarity with popular libraries such as NumPy, pandas, and Matplotlib.
  • Experience working with LLMs and fine-tuning large models for specific use cases.
  • Strong knowledge of ML pipelines, data preprocessing, and deployment frameworks such as Docker, Kubernetes, and FastAPI.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI/ML deployment and management.
  • Good understanding of software development practices, version control systems like Git, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with MLOps and model monitoring tools for ensuring model performance and accuracy.
  • Exposure to vector databases and AI-driven search systems for improving query efficiency and relevance.
  • Prior work in enterprise AI projects with complex requirements and tight deadlines.
