**Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer**We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about solving real-world problems using advanced ML techniques.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Develop and fine-tune prompt engineering strategies for performance optimization
  • Work on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and knowledge-grounded systems
  • Apply a wide range of ML techniques including classification, clustering, embeddings, and optimization
  • Collaborate closely with backend and AI engineering teams to integrate ML solutions into production systems
  • Contribute to experimentation, model evaluation, and continuous improvement cycles
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc.)
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and RAG frameworks
  • Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and applied techniques
  • Familiarity with tools like LangChain, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute proactively in a fast-paced environment
