Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and implement technical solutions to enhance site/project objectives.
  • Execute maintenance & calibration activities and commissioning projects at site level, ensuring compliance with industrial standards and GMP guidelines.
  • Provide technical assistance to the function, ensuring that the best possible maintenance, repair, and/or modifications are undertaken.
  • Manage design execution and hand-over projects within cost, time schedule, quality, and functionality within technical area of responsibility.

Key Requirements:

1. Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans in shutdown intervals according to the schedule maintenance plan and planned corrective repairs to equipment problems.

2. Participate in maintenance/reliability reviews of new projects, executing and following up any infrastructure/civil work task in the production plant.

3. Supervise change over operations for production equipment to improve productivity of equipment, coach and motivate new team members, and ensure personal and professional development.

4. Execute project HSE management and perform project safety stops/reviews, aligning with key local and global stakeholders and considering life cycle costs and project schedules.

5. Apply state-of-the-art technical solutions according to compliance standards and HSE regulations, ensuring projects on site are developed through their various stages of scope, definition, approval, and implementation.

6. Obtain permits for maintenance/calibration/projects, execute work orders for maintenance/calibration as per method statement/procedure, and update CMMS after completion.

7. Document execution of calibration, Process Engineer, and support building organizational culture in line with Sandoz values and behaviors.
