About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a travel expert. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

As a senior travel consultant, you will be responsible for crafting personalized travel solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Your expertise in destination knowledge, product tools, and customer insights will enable you to provide seamless support throughout the travel journey.

  • Sales & Client Engagement: Respond to client inquiries with a consultative approach, understand their preferences, and suggest tailored domestic and international travel solutions.
  • Itinerary Planning & Customization: Design bespoke travel packages aligned with client interests, timelines, and budgets, and stay updated on trending destinations and seasonal offerings.
  • Booking & Vendor Coordination: Handle end-to-end bookings, including flights, accommodations, activities, and transfers, and liaise with trusted vendors to secure competitive rates.
  • Customer Experience: Provide pre-trip guidance, on-trip assistance, and post-trip support with care and attention to detail, and proactively resolve issues to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals through new client acquisition and repeat business.
  • Cross-sell and upsell premium experiences that add value for customers and revenue for the company.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to build better processes, enhance offerings, and continuously improve customer delight.

What We're Looking For:

  • Familiarity with global and domestic travel destinations, packages, and pricing trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and vendor relationship management.
  • Comfortable with travel booking platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to proprietary systems.
  • Fluency in English, with additional regional or international languages a plus.
